At Vanilla Shore we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item please send us an email at

Following our confirmation you will be asked to return your item to: PO Box 209, Prospect, TAS, 7250, Australia. All returns must be sent to us in a secure padded envelope as paper or card envelopes can tear during transit.

We are happy for you to return any regular priced item (sale items excluded), provided it is unused and in the same condition you received it in. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items to us.

We do not offer change of mind exchanges, refunds or store credit for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

For change of mind exchanges, we only offer store credit if your order included a Free Gift item within it, such as a Free Adjustable Sterling Silver Feather Ring or any other promotional item received for free.

You can return faulty items for replacement, store credit or a refund up to two months after you placed your order with us.

Please email details to: together with photos of the faulty item.

Following our confirmation your will then be requested to return your item to: PO Box 209, Prospect, TAS, 7250, Australia. 

Once you return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please contact us at regarding your return, and send your item to PO Box 209, Prospect, TAS, 7250, Australia. When we receive your item, we will issue you a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the gift card will be emailed to you.
